Our submission to the ASX Advisory Group's consultation process on the 5th edition of the ASX Corporate Governance Principles
We have made a submission to the ASX Advisory Group in response to the Draft 5th edition of the ASX Corporate Governance Principles.
We support the proposed new recommendation in Principle 3 regarding #stakeholder engagement and encourage a stronger connection between stakeholder governance, strategy, risk and culture. Our submission also recommends reference to the Australian Institute of Company Directors work in this area.
